IV. the right to contradict, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys, using automated calling systems without human intervention by means of electronic mail and/or traditional telemarketing and/or conventional mail. The data subject’s right to object, as set out in point b) above, with regard to marketing purposes by means of automated procedures shall extend to traditional procedures, without prejudice in any case to the right of the data subject to partially exercise his right to object.
